Limerick
There once was a mouse that lived with a cat,
When the cat came around, he hid under the mat.
He took the cat’s food,
Put the cat in a bad mood,
The cat became skinny and the mouse became fat
Haiku
Dancing in the rain,
Rain drops pouring over you,
Holding nothing back.
Tanka
Don’t give up on life,
The end comes when you call it.
I won’t make the call.
Instead of finding the end,
Give me a new beginning.

Enthusiastic, caring, loving, outgoing
Daughter of Dan and Melanie Obert, sister of Emma Obert
Who loved to help others, loved to make others smile, and loved to make the best out of everything
Who hated sympathy, loved a challenge, and loved to make other people happy
Who feared riding in a car, feared wasting any time, and feared hurting anybody around her
Who discovered the true meaning of life, learned to make the best out of everything, and realized to never take anything for granted
Who wanted to see everybody she loved succeed, and wanted to experience true happiness
Who was born and raised in Illinois

these were good, the tanka was slightly confusing though.. “the end comes when you call it” didn’t make sense to me, it gave me the impression of like suicide since its saying the end comes when i say want it to come. but maybe thats just me.
I really liked your haiku and your tanka. Your haiku reminded me of being free and you could be able to do anything you wanted to.I thought your bio poem was well written. good job.
